Stay on top of your meetings and availability from anywhere

The Meetings tab helps you keep track of your schedule, whether you're rushing through the airport, sitting in a waiting room, or parked in the drive-through line. You can see a list of past and upcoming meetings, with event details just a tap away. Easily join, reschedule, or cancel meetings right from the app.

Once a meeting is done, you can book a follow-up or share your availability with the same attendee to keep deals and relationships moving forward. You can also mark and track no-shows to stay organized. 

You control your schedule. Head to your app Settings to edit your availability any time so you only get booked when it works for you.

Share your link or schedule in real time

Scheduling time with someone you’ve just met at a conference might look different than scheduling with a long-time client. Calendly’s mobile app has you covered in both situations. When you’re booking meetings live and with lots of people, opt for a QR code. For someone you’re already chatting with, share your link via text, email, or any other app on your phone.

And now, with real-time booking, you can quickly schedule meetings when you already have a time in mind. Invites are sent right away, with all your settings and automations applied. Whether you’re fielding a request to sync at 2 pm today, or you’ve agreed on a time face-to-face, this feature gets a Calendly meeting on the books in just a few taps.

Never miss a beat with notifications

Know when your schedule changes, even when you're away from your desk. Mobile notifications alert you when meetings are booked, rescheduled, or canceled. Tap the notification to view details, manage the event, or join the meeting.

If you miss a notification or your alerts are turned off, you can always check the notification center in the app. From any notification, you can quickly view contact details or reschedule as plans shift.

Prep for calls with contact details and meeting history

Feel confident heading into any meeting with key context at your fingertips. 

Contacts are automatically saved and updated with each new booking, so you can easily see who you’ve met with and what the meeting was about, right from the Contacts tab.
