Former Webflow executive and SaaS veteran, Shane Murphy-Reuter, joins to accelerate go-to-market (GTM) growth; Internal COO and CFO appointed
ATLANTA – December 4, 2024 – Calendly, the only centralized scheduling automation platform built for scaling across the organization, today announced the appointment of Shane Murphy-Reuter as the company’s new President, GTM. He will oversee the sales, marketing, and customer experience teams, integrating these functions to accelerate Calendly’s customer growth and drive long-term success as the company moves to its next phase beyond scheduling.

Murphy-Reuter joins Calendly following his tenure as CMO at Webflow, where he established and scaled the company's marketing function and led their self-serve business, including product marketing, brand, PLG/self-serve growth, enterprise demand generation, partner channels, and pricing. Prior to Webflow, Murphy-Reuter served as CMO at ZoomInfo where he helped the company grow to over $1 billion in revenue. He also served as SVP of Marketing at Intercom and VP of Sales and Marketing at AdRoll.

Additional Leadership Updates
Calendly also announced two key executive moves to support its operational growth. Shahara Jasion has been promoted to CFO. Previously Calendly’s VP of Finance, Jasion has been instrumental in shaping Calendly’s financial strategy since she joined the company in 2023. In her new role, she will lead the FinOps organization, which includes Finance, Legal, and IT/Systems. Additionally, John McCauley, previously Calendly’s CFO , has been appointed Calendly’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, McCauley will focus on enhancing the company’s operational resilience to strengthen its market position.
